Dustin Savella
@coach_savellaWith over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Dustin has had the privilege of working with numerous individuals, guiding them in their pursuit of fitness goals.
As a dedicated coach and athlete, Dustin's primary objective is to help clients achieve their fitness aspirations, whether it involves weight loss or improving overall performance in life.
Dustin holds the belief that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to training, fitness, and nutrition. That's why he opts for a personalized, one-on-one training approach to establish a direct connection with each client, ensuring the most effective path toward his client's goals.
Whether someone is preparing for a sport, seeking to regain mobility, managing the demands of parenthood, or simply aiming to become a fit, healthy, and content individual, Dustin is confident in that he can provide you support in the best way possible.

Dustin's extensive background encompasses more than a decade of experience in the field, and he holds certifications in DBC-L1 CPT, Crossfit-L2 Training, Hypervolt Movement Enhancement, Precision Nutrition L1, NASM CPT (2012-2016), and USAW-L1 (2014-2018).
Bobby Hernandez
Bobby has 8 years of experience in coaching fitness, helping athletes and general fitness goers to maximize their potential. He has competed in Outrigger Canoeing at the international level and incorporates running, CrossFit and weightlifting into his daily training. With his 15 years of CrossFit experience and degree in Healthy Lifestyles Coaching, he brings the fundamentals of injury prevention and movement mechanics to each client he works with.
Richard Rodriguez
Richard Rodriguez has been a CrossFit L1 and USA Weightlifting Sport Performance Coach since 2018. He originally started training in the CrossFit methodology in 2012 and focused on Weightlifting in 2016. Prior to that he played basketball at St. John Bosco from 2002-2006 and was on the Cal State Long Beach Practice team in 2007.
His training focus includes - Weightlifting, Plyometrics, Sport-Specific Movements
Mike Salvanera
Mike began his career as a CrossFit coach over a decade ago, developing a deep understanding of the intricacies of functional fitness. His commitment to helping individuals push past their limits, conquer new challenges, and unlock their potential has left an indelible mark on his clients. His journey in the realm of fitness led him to Olympic Weightlifting, where he seized the opportunity to become a coach in the sport. In this capacity, he fine-tuned his coaching acumen, culminating in his appointment as the Director of Tribe Athletics' Barbell Program.The narrative of Mike’s journey, however, continues to evolve. Besides being a seasoned CrossFit and Weightlifting coach, Mike is diligently working towards earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. This academic pursuit, coupled with his coaching experience, uniquely positions Mike as an invaluable resource for those seeking not only to excel in their fitness endeavors but also to delve into the scientific underpinnings of movement and overall well-being.
