Whether you’ve done Murph every year or this is your first, come move with us, remember with us, and say goodbye the only way we know how—together.

Heat times for 8am and 9am are now open, and everyone is welcome! This is a free workout, so bring your family, friends, and anyone who wants to be part of an unforgettable Memorial Day Murph. Let’s show them what community looks like!

Stick around after the workout for some great food and even better company as we celebrate the incredible years we’ve shared at Los Alamitos. Let’s raise a toast to the memories we’ve made—and to the exciting new chapter ahead in Long Beach!
