WHAT IS THE TRIBE YOUTH PROGRAM? 

Our youth program is a fitness regimen tailored for children and teenagers, incorporating age-appropriate exercises and movements. It fosters physical fitness, strength, agility, and coordination, while also promoting discipline and a positive attitude towards exercise. It sets a foundation for a lifelong commitment to fitness and overall well-being.

THE DETAILS

  • 50 min class
  • Pre-Teens ages 10-12 years old
  • Teens ages 13-17 years old
  • $20 to drop in on a class. Try out a class today!

ANYONE CAN JOIN

  • This class is for anyone that would like to get their child to fitness.
  • Perfect for any fitness level or training in between seasons.
