WHAT IS FUNCTIONAL FITNESS? 

It is a high-intensity fitness program that combines various functional movements, such as weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight exercises. It focuses on improving strength, endurance, and overall fitness through constantly varied workouts. It’s a time-efficient way to achieve a well-rounded fitness level.

THE DETAILS

  • 60 minute classes.
  • Each class has workouts modifications for each level of fitness.
  • If you have never done intense functional fitness classes before we have the BUILD class for beginners.

WHO CAN JOIN

  • At Tribe Athletics we welcome all athletes, no matter the fitness level.
  • Depending on your experience will determine if you join a class with experienced athletes or at the beginner level
